What’s New in Acrobat X?

When Adobe launched their download Acrobat Pro X a few years back, people wanted to know what was new in version 10. Indeed, everyone wants to know how it is better than its predecessors. Adobe went back to the basics with Acrobat X and re-integrated a lot of the old interface so that it can function much more efficiently.

First, you can perform document exchanges much faster and collaborate with different users. Some of the more complex worker tasks have been streamlined and the new PDF writers has allowed people to communicate more actively. In addition to that review and approval functions have also been improved and information can be easily edited or protected. You can also re-use and transfer from different apps and you can expand document access as needed.

Second, the Panels are much more intuitive. It is a new user interface that also includes Macros. Additionally, you can interface with Office 2010 from Word, Excel, PowerPoint to Access. It has a tight workflow with MS SharePoint and you can customize your PDF portfolios across different files types.

Third, Quick Tools is more customizable depending on what commands you use most often.  There is a singular tool pane so that you can do comments and markup access.  The Reading mode makes things much neater and it is better integrated with browsers for both loading and viewing purposes.

There was a time when people thought that the integration with Office 2010 was miraculous and astonishing, and you may think that too after all these years.
